alara-bb.co.uk does not collect any user data when using the site.
As such we do not supply anyone with specific data on who has been using the site.
All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions which we reserve the right to amend at any time without prejudice. This will help organize your booking and provide you with a clear and concise understanding of our trading terms.

• 1. Prices are normally reviewed periodically. Bookings made at previous prices will NOT be charged at the current rate.
• 2. Payment must be made on arrival together with completion of a booking-in form.
• 3. Damages will also be charged for.
• 4. Cancellation charges will be made on the following scale. These take into account losses and potential losses incurred due to declining other bookings at and since the time of your booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the day of arrival will incur a 100% charge. At the time of booking, we will confirm our cancellation policy. Cancellation due to weather conditions, accidents, and critical illness will not be charged.
• 5. Booking made via email, SMS or fax will be treated as the confirmation.
• 6. Our rates are based on per person per night. Any persons sharing the room without our knowledge will be charged full rate.
• 7. Non-return of keys will result in a £10.00.
• 8. Failure by guests to abide by either these Terms and Conditions or the "House Rules" may result in termination of our agreement without any financial loss to us.
• 9.Valid I.D. such as passport/drivers license is required upon arrival.
• 10. Payments made by Credit/Debit/Store/Solo/Maestro will incur additional card charges, see Booking procedure tab.11.Upon request of a VAT receipt, we will require full name, address and the company details. VAT receipts can be faxed, posted or emailed as requested.
